Overview

Grouped together in the Communication Faculty are Music, Physical Education, Religious Studies,  Special Educational Needs (SEN) and The Learn Centre. Due to the diverse nature of the Faculty, the main theme that runs through this area are the innovative approaches to Teaching and Learning. The expertise and skills of the teachers are a main strength and are used to develop staff within the Faculty and whole school. Combining these subjects together within one faculty facilitates a consistent approach to monitoring the progress of the students and ensuring a consistently high quality of teaching and learning. The subjects and disciplines readily lend themselves to celebrating the pupils attainment and achievement through more practical ways. The Communication Faculty is one of the key areas that contributes to the successful extra-curricular life of the school
