Early Career Teachers

Early Career Teacher Development Programme, 2018-19

Designed to develop and build upon the skills that Early Career Teachers have gained in their ITE and NQT years, the ‘Developing the Early Career Teacher’ programme will give teachers the opportunity to reflect on their practice, develop their skills further and support them in their first few years of teaching.

These six twilight sessions will be applicable to teachers in all phases, including focused sessions for primary and secondary teachers. Each session will provide an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers to network with their peers to exchange experiences and share good practice.  School based mentors or teachers with a responsibility for new staff can accompany their Early Career staff to all of the sessions free of charge
